Doug's approach to MBSR met all of my expectations. After being diagnosed with anxiety disorder, I was seeking a supportive intervention to enable me to consciously work with my anxiety challenge in a non- reactive way. Doug's classes were interactive, practice oriented, and were supported with useful written and on-line resources. Learning Mindfulness with Practical Wellbeing has been an excellent answer to my search for mindful meditation, stress reduction, and helpful strategies for living in the "now".  The inclusion of yoga to the mix is also a welcome addition to the class structure, and a great aid to teaching one to focus on one's breathing.
