Mindfulness for Beginners is a 4 class program with each class 1.5 hours in length. The program is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to mindfulness through the practices of sitting meditation, lying down meditation, and walking meditation. All levels are welcome and there will be time for questions.
After completing Mindfulness for Beginners, you will be able to:
