This is a drop in class where we will practice 3 to 4 mindfulness meditation practices including some of sitting meditation, lying down meditation, walking meditation and sometimes loving-kindness meditations. Most of the meditations are guided to help newcomers get started.
There is no formal fee, however, a donation is appreciated ($2 to $15).
