Are you curious about the secular practice of mindfulness and how it can improve wellbeing and health?
A drop in class is a great time to get your feet wet! You can sit in a chair as well.
We will practice 3 to 4 mindfulness meditation practices including some of sitting meditation, lying down meditation, walking meditation and sometimes loving-kindness meditations. Most of the meditations are guided to help newcomers get started.
Come out and start to explore the benefits of mindfulness. There is no over 2 decades of published research that suggests mindfulness can significantly prove wellbeing and health.
