Are you looking for a way to deepen your mindfulness practice and to explore the dimensions of a 4 hour continuous practice devoted to mindfulness?
This retreat will be suitable for anyone who has taken the MBSR or Mindful Self-Compassion Program. Individuals with equivalent mindfulness experience will be welcome with the approval of the instructor.
Over the 4 hours, you will have an opportunity to make a sustained effort to practice mindfulness with warmth and enthusiasm. There will be guided mindfulness practices and silent practices as well as well as walking meditation.
The theme of the afternoon will be to develop unconditional and compassionate friendliness for our moment-to-moment experience. We will include a loving kindness practice and a compassion practice to set the tone for the retreat.
This will be a donation retreat.
