The second way in which the workshop will help you is to learn that we can learn that anxiety is not a sign of failure or defect.  It is often a reaction to stresses and demands and rather than approaching it with a “How do I get rid of this?, we learn to ask ourselves “What does this need?”  This will start to transform anxiety towards being an experience that is workable with mindfulness.
