Come out and try mindfulness meditation at a drop in class on Saturday, June 29 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm at Practical Wellbeing, 1301 10th Ave. SW.

Mindfulness meditation is an excellent way to not only reduce the impact of stress, but, to learn how to change how we relate to the stews in our lives in general.
