Introduction to Mindfulness – 4 week series
This series is ideal for people with limited time, or as a comprehensive introduction to the longer, 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
Each session will offer practical information, guidance, and hands on experiences of mindfulness. There is opportunity for individual attention and support as the class size is small (not more than 12).
The research shows that the practice of mindfulness provides numerous benefits including:

- Greater sense of control in life
- Ease of body and mind
- Greater personal balance and insight into your challenges

Investment: $115 plus GST (F/T students $69 plus GST with valid ID)
