Free 2 Hour Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

The purpose of this 2 hour session is to show how mindfulness can be used to help individuals get control of the stress in their lives.

There will also be a review of the MBSR program outlining content and objectives.

As a participant, you will receive:

  • Guided instruction in 3 mindfulness practices
  • Suggestions for starting a mindfulness practice
  • Overview of content and objectives of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
  • List of resources for learning more about mindfulness and stress
  • Suggestions for integrating mindfulness into their daily lives
