Mindfulness at Work
We’ve had a lot of success with offering group programs to corporations or institutions as a means of professional development. Typically we recommend an introductory workshop to start and then decide if a weekly or monthly program would be appropriate. If you’re looking for something new to inspire the team, or if there seems to be a lot of tension in the air, consider an introduction to meditation.
Increasingly, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is being offered as an option for employees to help maintain health, personal balance, and control of stress.
All work programs are custom-tailored to meet the goals of the organization. Participants do not need to have any experience whatsoever to enjoy the learning activities.
