Mindfulness Meditation on Friday nights

This series of classes is for individuals who are interested in the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
Mindfulness is a capacity for paying attention on purpose in the present moment. You can discover calmness of mind, increased personal energy, and a sense of wellbeing. A calm and peaceful way to start your weekend!
Come out and learn sitting, walking, and lying down meditations that are guided by the instructor. You will also be provided with suggestions how to apply mindfulness at work and home.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.

Time: 6:45 to 8:00 pm
Date: Fridays including April 20, May 4, 11, 25, June 1, 8, 15, 22, 2012

Mindfulness Meditation on Sunday afternoons in Marda Loop
May 6 to June 24, 2012
This registered class is for individuals who are interested in the practice of mindfulness and meditation.
The class would be suitable for anyone and no prior meditation experience is necessary.
Mindfulness is a capacity of ”living in the moment” that anyone can cultivate. It is developed by paying attention, on purpose, from moment to moment through meditation. You can discover calmness of mind, increased personal energy, a sense of wellbeing, and deeper insight into your life.
A calm and peaceful way to end your weekend and set the tone for the new week.
Location: Yoga Mandala, 3522A 19th Street SW (Marda Loop)
Time: Sunday afternoons from 4 pm to 5:15 pm
Dates: 7 Sundays including May 6, 13, 27, June 3, 10, 17, 24, 2012
